Orders over $600 ship free to most international locations; otherwise a flat shipping rate applies.  If an item is not in stock, but back-order is available, the customer can request notification of availability. Seller shall not be liable for delay due to acts of God, or any other causes beyond Seller's reasonable control. Seller expects payment before making any delivery.

Wholesale Orders Initial orders, at any one time, of in-stock items totaling $600 or more retail, will receive a 50% discount at check-out.  ENTER COUPON CODE WSALE. Sales Tax Dive Flag Jewelry Colorado LLC charges sales tax for retail merchandise ordered on this Web site and shipped to addresses in Colorado. Wholesale customers in Colorado must have a valid resale license issued by the state, otherwise sales tax will apply. Returns Policy Buy with confidence. Every piece we offer is the best possible quality for the price — guaranteed. We guarantee each item against defects in material or craftsmanship. We will repair or replace your item if any defects are found. Claims and or returns by the Buyer must be made within 15 days from the date of shipment. Prior authorization must be obtained from Dive Flag Jewelry Colorado LLC before any goods may be returned. Goods returned are at the expense of the Buyer. The products sold shall be subject to Seller's standard manufacturing variations and tolerances.

Customs Items shipped internationally will be subject to import taxes due based on invoiced charges, payable by the purchaser at the time of delivery.
